The SIRP is used to charge up your body, mind, and spirit with a high-concentration of the energy of the elements. It can be used in the mornings to get you started or during the day for a pick up. You can do it in the evenings, however you may find it hard to get to sleep.
Preperation Step
Step 1
Go to the East. Scribe the Active Pentagram of Spirit. Say EXARP. Then, while scribing the spirit wheel in the center of the pentagram, Say: EHEIEH.
Step 2
Scribe the Invoking Pentagram of Air. Say ORO IBAH AOZPI. Then, while while scribing the sign of Aquarius, Say YHVH.
Step 3
Go to the South. Scribe the Active Pentagram of Spirit. Say BITOM. Then while scribing the wheel of spirit into the center of the pentagram, Say EHEIEH.
Step 4
Scribe the Invoking Pentagram of Fire. Say OIP TEAA PEDOCE. Then while scribing the sign of Leo into the center of the pentagram, Say ELOHIM.
Step 5
Go to the West and Scribe the Passive Pentagram of Spirit. Say, HCOMA. Then while scrbing the Wheel of Spirit inside the center of the pentagram, Say AGLA.
Step 6
Scribe the Invoking Pentagram of Water. Say, EMPEH ARSEL GAIOL. Then while scribing the Eagle head for the sign of water, Say EL.
Step 7
Go to the North and Scribe the Passive Pentagram of Spirit. Say NANTA. Then while scribing the Wheel of Spirit, Say AGLA
Step 8
Scribe the Invoking Pentagram of Earth. Say EMOR DIAL HECTEGA. Then while scribing the sign of Taurus, Say ADONAI.
Finish Up
You are DONE!
