I went online with this website in October 1996. I began by taking some of the vast amount of the Reality Creator material that I had authored and placed it here. Over time I added more material and continue to do so. In 1998 I published "Reality Creator I", the first of several books to come, the sales of which help me keep the website online. In today's world where many people are seeking enlightenment, this website serves as a guide to those that need it.
I began writing the RC Material in 1989 and teaching it in 1993. I have written a nice history of the Reality Creator Books. Feel free to read that for more details.
The RC Material is not channeled! With channeled material the author goes into a trance and then spits out the text that is dictated to him, sometimes completely unaware of what he has written. The RC Material was not birthed in that way! The RC Material is written by myself (Tom DeLiso) in my own hand and voice in a normal state of being.
Hermes Trismegistus would first teach me a topic in out of body states. Then, once I understood a topic sufficiently, I would write down what I learned, with HT whispering to me in the back of my mind, assisting me as I wrote the actual material. The material is a collaborated effort between HT and myself to bring knowledge from the nonphysical to the physical and to do so in a pure human voice. Channeled material is often difficult to understand and to relate to on a human level. The RC material has no such limitations. It is in a human voice and is in a "down to earth" easily understood form.
All techniques in the RC Material and on this website have been performed by myself and other students and do work. I never put anything into the RC Material that I could not get to work myself. Also the RC Material has been continually updated as time went on to remain current and modern. Channeled material becomes dated and does not change after it is dictated. The RC Material was painstakingly writing and rewritten by myself over the years to refine the material to its current form.
Hermes Trismegistus is one of my favorite nonphysical teachers. He helped me at a time in my life when I needed it so desperately. He asked for nothing in return. Over time other entites starting referring to me as young Hermes and so I started using the nickname Hermes with my work related to Wisdomsdoor and my books. After years the two names are synonymous to me.
Perhaps also I used Hermes at that time in the start of my journey to separate the mundane from the spiritual. You may find that on your own spiritual journey you awake one night with memory of a dream of being given a new name to use. This is very common and is along the lines of discarding the human and stepping into the divine. Feel free to address me as Tom or Hermes. Out of habit I usually sign my emails and do my workshops under the name Hermes.
Well I (Tom DeLiso aka Hermes) am the humble author of all the Reality Creator Material as well as the website.
I write and produce everything you see on the website and in my books. I go by the pseudonym of Hermes as my Pen name and in all my dealings regarding the website, workshops and e-mail correspondence. If you want to know more, read answers to previous questions.
I do not belong to any esoteric organizations nor is the website associated with any. Also I have never belonged to any esoteric organization. All my knowledge was self taught by obtaining information through Out of Body states, travel meditations, dreams and various books.
I understand now that it was done this way to keep the information as pure as possible, so that there would be little contamination with existing information. You must realize that over the centuries information handed down from one source to another changes as each person it goes through represents it. The RC material was kept pure by keeping my formative years shielded from the world, so that I would not find myself in any of these circles.
When the time was right, my mind was opened and I was able to connect with this material in a pure way without any distortion. You may find this hard to believe, but I never heard of Hermes Trismegistus before 1991, yet by that time I had written my own version of the Emerald Tablet all on my own. I began writing the RC material in 1989.
Sure go ahead. If you feel a calling to any particular organization then by all means join. They can be great ways to meet new people and share ideas. My evolution went along different lines but you know why that was.
Wisdom's Door/Reality Creator Books currently is made up of myself and a few people that assist with book editing, workshops and website stuff.
One day it would be nice to have a RC School, but this right now is just a dream of mine.

Thoth is an older incarnation of Hermes Trismegistus. HT is more suited for modern times and I suppose this is why I was taught by HT and not Thoth.
Thoth and HT are conscious energy constructs. They do not have bodies like you and me. Think of a giant library of living books that is self aware and you get an idea of what I am talking about. Thoth is the older version of this living library and was mainly used in ancient times when the focus of consciousness was toward Lunar rather than Solar.
Lunar consciousness is more intuitive and magical. Solar is more concrete and scientific. Eventually these two will merge into one but that topic is for another discussion.
RC is not witchcraft or religion. It is not a substitute for your religion either. Reality Creating fits nicely with any faith or can stand on its own. It is a new way of thinking and acting that helps you to create harmony in your life.
There are many paths back to God. Religion is one of them. What is most important is that you find the belief system that works best for you. When that system stops or inhibits your growth then it may be time for a change. If you are looking for a change to help you go further, Reality Creating may be for you.
Reality Creating is not a religion nor do I pretend it is. It is a new way of looking at how you manifest your world and changing those beliefs that no longer work to ones that do work. I do not challenge the bible or any other faith. They are all valid paths back to God that I respect. What is important is that you tread the path that is yours whatever that is.
