Question:
Is it good to have OBE's ?
Hermes:
The question here is "Is it good for YOU to have an OBE?" OBE's are very personal
experiences and they are not for everyone. They are for those people that want
to explore themselves on the most deepest of levels and for those that want
to know more about the mystical universe and all the unseen and unknowable things
that the Universe and God possesses. It is for the bold and the adventuresome.
It is a path back to God, but not the only path. What I tell most students is
that if OBE's feel right to them, they should try to develop the skill.
Question:
Well, I started to read some books (Robert Monroe, Robert Peterson, Gavin
and Yvone Frost and some articles on the web) and I became very curious about
it all. In these books there a lot of "unknown" and incomprehensible
(?) things. And they tell us that if we start and can do the first Out-Of-Body
and learn how to induce the vibrations, we can't return to a "normal" life,
we are forever in this state, living beside the Mystical and the "unnatural".
I don't know if it is good to have a "brutal" change in my personality and my
lifestyle.
Hermes:
They are right in that once you do achieve your first OBE, your life will never
be the same. It's like living in a small town all your life and then suddenly,
you take a trip to the big city. Even though you return from the big city, your
life will not be the same. You have the knowledge of the big city and of a life
that is beyond the one you've known. From this psychological stand point there
is no return to the way things were. However, you are not going to be overrun
by mystical forces just because you took one OBE. These forces, while present,
respect your own wishes above all else. If you want to be left alone, then that
is what they will do. As far as "are you ready for that change in your personal
perception of the universe", well only you can decide that one. I can support
whatever decision you make on it.
Question:
If I start OBE�s, can I be crazy, or insane ? can I be "sad" with things
I can't understand and answer ?
Hermes
Like anything new in life, how you react to something new is a product of how
your handle yourself. OBE's themselves are very fulfilling and pleasant experiences,
but some people can find fear and discomfort in pleasant things.
Question:
Can I be afraid, knowing future things, like my own death ? Will I be seeing
future-things with the psychic power developed ?
Hermes:
Seeing things like your death or the future are possible, but again one or two
OBE's are not going to propel you into experiencing these advanced traveling
skills. It will take many months if not years before you will meet your reality
in such a way. Even then, what you experience out of body may not actually happen
physically. You are just viewing one possible outcome of an infinite number
of possibilities. So, in time, could you experience your own death in an OBE?
My answer here is yes! However, will it be the death you actually have in your
physical life? My answer here is no!
Question :
Can I use OBE�s or psychic force (that we gain with the practice of OBE�s
) to good things ?
Hermes:
Like any other tool in life, it can be used for either good or evil? Which one
you choose is your choice. But know that if you do choose to use OBE for evil,
your spirit guide will most surely not permit you to continue, and they will
take away the ability as fast as they gave it to you.
Question:
Is there a way that I cannot return to my body ? Are there "evil" things
in the other side ?
Hermes:
Good and evil exist wherever you go, even in the nonphysical. That is why I
always suggest you allow your spirit guide to guide your OBE, by giving your
permission for him to assist you. If you do so, you will always be protected
and safe and your OBE's will be very pleasant. As far as returning to the body,
this is not a problem. You will quickly find that staying out is the challenge.
Your body is all to happy to yank you back in and when you least expect it.
Question:
Do you think it must influence in my sentimental life, with my partner ?
Hermes:
How your out of body travels effect your �personal physical relationship� is
really up to you. For the most part, there is no real interference. However,
you can develop friendships and relationships on the nonphysical just like you
can in the physical. Can these interfere? Well only if you let them, and only
if your motives are deceptive. Seeing another person in the nonphysical can
be considered an act of betrayal to a physical loved one, just as seeing another
physical person can. However, this issue is really a personal matter and depends
on the agreement you have with your current physical partner.
Question:
Finally, what "changes" in my lifestyle and personality I would have, if
I start OBE's?
Hermes:
There will be changes in your personality in time, because your nonphysical
experiences are like powerful lessons. The changes will be for the better, but
it may take time for you to see these changes, as they happen very slowly over
many years. You are not going to wake up one day and be completely different.
In several years you may look back and notice the changes, but certainly not
from day to day.
Now, good luck in your OBE travels, and remember to take God with you on every journey. He will never let you down.
