Who are you Worksheet!



 


If I were to ask you “Who you are?” could you answer this question without falling back on your name or any kind of physical reference? Being able to answer who you are without falling back on physical structures or ways is not easy. However it is a powerful spiritual exercise that ancient adepts were encouraged to devote some time too. I would like all of you to spend some time thinking about this question. Below is a worksheet to help you with this process. It will not get you all the way, but it will help you get started.

  1. If someone is sick do you enjoy nurturing and tending to that person’s needs? __________
  2. Are you always looking for ways to cure disease and illness and advancing your knowledge of medicine and healing by reading herbal or medical magazines? __________
  3. Do you prefer creating ideas and putting things into motion, but you less like the idea of sticking with a project once it is up and running? __________
  4. You like being in charge of things, directing others and coordinating others on a common task, but also like passing on your own knowledge in the process. __________
  5. Do you wish to ease other’s suffering with your abilities or talents? __________
  6. Are you the type of person that is always looking for something new to start or work on? __________
  7. Do you like fixing things, like cars, mechanical devices, or even broken personal situations? __________
  8. Do you like to mediate or help others come to understand why they are in some kind of situation and help them get out of it? __________
  9. Can you spend long hours working on the same thing as long as you see immediate results from that work? __________
  10. Do you like tedious work, like building models, or putting together store bought items? __________
  11. Do you like keeping track of a person’s progress as they learn a new skill or do you often ask them how they are doing on it? __________
  12. If you are asked to build something or create something new (could be artistic or not) do you get excited about it and throw yourself into the project? __________
  13. Do you like standing in front of a group of people and speaking? __________
  14. Are you always trying to help others by passing on to them what you know? __________
  15. Do you envision yourself as some sort of magazine journalists that answers questions submitted from others and publishing them for others to read? __________
