You are a healer. Yep, within you is the power to heal yourself. You can also learn to heal others if you choose. The human operating system is quite amazing. But it does not come with an instruction manual on how to tap into all its features. Healing ability is one of them. When you heal yourself you tap into the energy of the Cosmos, allow it to flow through you and then channel it into whatever you want to heal.
But like any other skill, learning to heal takes time, patience, and practice… A great deal of practice. I practice my healing everyday. It does make life easier when you can just whip up some healing energy and take care of the little things that come along quickly and easily.
