About Picture of the Day @Wisdomsdoor.com, Eye of Reflection: Who you are is a composite of your inner reality and your outer reality. You are the reflection of these realities as they are impressed upon the universal canvas.
Your outer reality is the world you see around you now, the people in it, the things that surround you etc. This reality is perhaps plain enough to see. However what about the inner reality? What exactly is that?
Your inner reality is your relationship with yourself. It is your thoughts to yourself, your feelings and your beliefs. How you feel about your reality. Your hopes, dreams, fears. If you could map out your thoughts to yourself and your feelings and then you create that into some kind of picture, what would that picture look like? That picture would show your inner reality. Would that picture be calm, peaceful, serene, or would it be fiery, energetic. Would that picture be angry, spiteful, dark? There is no right or wrong answer for what this inner reality turns out to be, it is the one you have created for yourself.
These two realties, the inner and outer, will go out and create the universe you find yourself in. These two realities make up who you are at any given point of time. And these realities constantly change. Unlike a picture that is static, your inner and outer worlds change to reflect your ever-shifting self. So every now and then, redraw that inner picture to get an idea of what it may have changed to.
